This is a Research Centre on social issues, which incorporates a library with rare books. The calm environment here is conducive for study. Several literary enthusiasts make use of this library in pursuit of knowledge. The personal collections of senior Kannada journalist Late T T Sharma is also in this library. The Centre and library is open from 9 am to 5 pm on working days. To the field of social research, this is Rashtrotthana’s salient contribution, as most of scholarly pursuits require just that.
