Bengaluru, Jan 12: the Jayanthi of the ‘Lightening Monk’, Swami Vivekananda who awakened Bharatha by quoting the Upanishadic sentence “Arise, Awake and stop not till the goal is reached” was celebrated with great enthusiasm herein JGRV, Kalyan Nagar.
After Deepaprajwalana and Mathruvandana, JGRV Parivaar Pramukh and Vice President of Rashtrotthana Parishat, Sri A R Dwaraknath ji and Principal Smt. Gayatri Kulkarni Mathaji performed pushparchane to the Statue of Swami Vivekananda.
As a part of the celebration various competitions were conducted in school like coloring competition, storytelling competition, essay writing competition and drawing competition from the past one month and cultural programs were conducted.
Sri A R Dwaraknath ji addressed the gathering and advised the students to inculcate the qualities of Swami Vivekananda in their daily life. “Act on the educated young men, bring them together, and organize them. Great things can be done by great sacrifices only”, with these golden words, Dwaraknath ji asked the students to follow Vivekananda, read his books and transform themselves as that is the only way of celebrating Vivekananda Jayanti.
Smt. Gayatri mathaji spoke about the ‘Panchasheela Thatvas’ and ‘Panchamukhi Aspects’ involved in the Vedanta book of Swami Vivekananda and wished that we all should follow them. She also said that a healthy society has to be created and healthy environment around us is very much essential in all aspects.

ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಜನವರಿ 12: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ 159ನೇ ಜನ್ಮ-ಜಯಂತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯುವ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಕ್ತಾರರಾದ ಯುವ ಬ್ರಿಗೇಡಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ಧಾರ್ಥ ಗುಡ್ಡದರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, ನಮ್ಮ ಇತಿಹಾಸವನ್ನು ಪರಿಲೋಕಿಸಿದಾಗ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿರುವ ಶಕ್ತಿವಂತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನೇ ಆಳಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದು ಎಂದರು. ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಆರಾಧಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಸಾಧನೆಗೆ, ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಏಕಾಗ್ರತೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ. ಇದನ್ನು ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ಜೀವನದ ಅನೇಕ ಘಟನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಭಾರತೀಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಡಿದೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದವರು ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರು ಎಂದು ನುಡಿದರು.

ಅಬ್ಬೂರು ದೊಡ್ಡಿ, ಜನವರಿ 12: ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ಬೀರೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ 159ನೇ ಜನ್ಮಜಯಂತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯುವ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚನ್ನಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಮಾತಾಜಿ ಜೋತ್ಸ್ನಾಮಯಿಯವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಏನನ್ನೂ ಸಾಧಿಸಲಾಗದು, ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ನಷ್ಟವೇನಿದೆ? ಗೆದ್ದರೆ ಸಂತೋಷ, ಸೋತರೆ ಅನುಭವ ಎನ್ನುವ ನುಡಿಯೇ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಂತ್ರ ಎಂದು ಮಾತಾಜಿಯವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇದೆ, ಅದನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಮಾಜದ ಒಳಿತಿಗೆ ಸದ್ವಿನಿಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡರೆ ಏನನ್ನೂ ಸಾಧಿಸಲಾಗದು. ಸತತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಮನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಡಿವೈಎಸ್ಪಿ, ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ರಮೇಶ್ ರವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ, ಏಕಾಗ್ರತೆ, ಧ್ಯಾನ ಹೀಗೆ ಒಂದೊಂದೇ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಸವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜವರೇಗೌಡರು “ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಂತೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ”, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯೂ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಢಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವೇ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
