Dhanvantari Jayanti celebration at Rashtrotthana Bengaluru, Dec 5: Agnivesha Ayurveda Anusthana, an initiative of Rashtrotthana Arogya Seva Kendra of Rashtrotthana Parishat marked the celebration of Bhagawan Dhanvantari Jayanti by organising a National level seminar on the subject ‘Principles and Management of ‘Rasavaha Sroto Vikara’ here on Sunday, where around 200 participants and 20 ayurvedic companies participated.The seminar was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by dignitaries and offering prayers and ‘Guru Vandana’ to the Founder member Dr. V R Padmanabha Rao. Also, a Tableau was presented by Dr. Sindur and team on ‘Illumination of Saptadhatu’.The occasion began early in the morning by performing Bhagawan Sri Dhanvantari Homa under the able guidance of Veda Brahma Sri Lakshmipathy Sharma and his disciples and Dr. Anantharaman N and Dr. Vishwanath. The Kartrus of the ritual were Dr. Poornima Rao and Sri Prakash Rao and Smt. Vijetha Srinidhi and Sri Srinidhi.The Keynote Address of the seminar was presented by Dr. Jayashree Nataraj, Rtd. Professor of Govt. Ayurveda Medical College.Later, the winner of Rasayu Quiz Dr. Vibha was felicitated with Memento and cash prize. The quiz master was Dr. K S Jayashree and the event was judged by Dr. Sindhur Nagraj.Dr. Shubhankari P. Rao welcomed the gathering and also spoke a few words about Agnivesha. Dr. Vasudha Rao hosted the inaugural session.Enlightening sessions about Ayurveda:Dr. Vastrad G R, Former Principal, Taranath Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Bellary, presented a session on the topic ‘Understanding of ‘Rasavaha Sroto Vikara’ and their Management”.”Significance of Rasavaha Srotas in Manifestation and Management of Surgical Diseases” themed paper was presented by Dr. Shridhar N, Prof and HOD, Dept. of PG Studies in Shalya Tantra at Dr. BRKR Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Hyderabad.Dr. Arathi P S, Prof and HOD, Dept. of Kaya Chikitsa, Shanthigiri Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad, Kerala made a presentation on ” Rasavaha Sroto Dushti in Musculo – Skeletal Disorders – a Practical Approach.Felicitation Ceremony:On the occasion of the National seminar held to commemorate Bhagavan Dhanvantari Jayanti Dr. Dattatri T R, Rtd. Professor, GAMC, Mysore was felicitated with ‘Agnivesha Vaidyaratna’ award.The event also witnessed the release of a Souvenir by the Chief Guest which was edited by Dr. K S Jayashree Nataraj.Dr. Dinesh Hegde, General Secretary, Rashtrothana Parishat was present at the felicitation programme. Dr. Sadhashiv Gore delivered the welcome note and president’s speech and Dr. Sriprasad hosted the felicitation Ceremony. Dr. Meghana Vasisht graced the occasion by a Bharatanatyam Dhanvantri performance.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ‌ ಧನ್ವಂತರಿ ಜಯಂತಿ ಆಚರಣೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 5: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅಂಗ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ನಿವೇಶ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನವೂ ಒಂದು. ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಭಾನುವಾರದಂದು ಭಗವಾನ್ ಧನ್ವಂತರಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ‘ರಸವಹ ಸ್ರೋತೋ ವಿಕಾರದ ತತ್ತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ’ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಸುಮಾರು 200 ಮಂದಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು ಹಾಗೂ 20 ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದವು.ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ, ದಿವಂಗತ ಡಾ. ವಿ ಆರ್ ಪದ್ಮನಾಭರಾವ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಮನ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುರುವಂದನೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅನಂತರ ಸಪ್ತಧಾತುವಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಲು ಡಾ. ಸಿಂಧೂರ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಂಡವು ಸ್ಥಬ್ದಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿತು.ಪ್ರಾತಃಕಾಲ 6ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ವೇದಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಪತಿ ಶರ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಷ್ಯವೃಂದ, ಡಾ. ಅನಂತರಾಮನ್ ಎನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್-ರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಧನ್ವಂತರಿ ಹೋಮ ನೆರವೇರಿತು. ಡಾ. ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮಾ ರಾವ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ರಾವ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವಿಜೇತಾ ಶ್ರೀನಿಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀನಿಧಿ ಹೋಮದ ಕರ್ತೃವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.ಸಂಕಿರಣದ‌ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕಿ ಡಾ. ಜಯಶ್ರೀ ನಟರಾಜ್ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಬಳಿಕ ‘ರಸಯೂ’ ರಸಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯ ವಿಜೇತರಾದ ಡಾ. ವಿಭಾರವರಿಗೆ ಫಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ನಗದು ಬಹುಮಾನ ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ರಸಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಡಾ. ಕೆ ಎಸ್ ಜಯಶ್ರೀ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಮತ್ತು ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರಾಗಿ ಡಾ. ಸಿಂಧೂರ್ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಡಾ. ವಸುಧಾ ರಾವ್ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟು, ಡಾ. ಶುಭಂಕರಿ ಪಿ ರಾವ್ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಸಂಕಿರಣದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮಾವೇಶ:’ರಸವಹ ಸ್ರೋತೋ ವಿಕಾರದ ಅರ್ಥೈಸುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ’ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯ ತಾರಾನಥ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ. ವಸ್ತ್ರದ್ ಜಿ. ಆರ್. ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.’ಶಸ್ತ್ರಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ರೋಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಅ್ಯಂಟಿಬಯೋಟಿಕ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡದೇ ಗಾಯವನ್ನು ಗುಣಪಡಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಸವಹ ಸ್ರೋತದ ಮಹತ್ವ’ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೈದರಾಬಾದಿನ ಡಾ. ಬಿ ಆರ್ ಕೆ ಆರ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಶಲ್ಯತಂತ್ರ ವಿಷಯದ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಡಾ. ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಎನ್ ವಿಷಯ ಮಂಡನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಪಾಲಕಾಡ್ ನ ಶಾಂತಿಗಿರಿ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಕಾಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಡಾ. ಆರತಿ ಪಿ ಎಸ್ ‘ಸ್ನಾಯು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಸ್ಥಿ ಸಂಬಂಧೀ ರೋಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಸವಹ ಸ್ರೋತೋ ದುಷ್ಟಿಯ ಪಾತ್ರ- ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ವಿಧಾನ’ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಷಯ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪಡಿಸಿದರು.ಅಭಿನಂದನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಭಗವಾನ್ ಧನ್ವಂತರಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದ‌ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿನಂದನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಾದ ಡಾ. ದತ್ತಾತ್ರೀ ಟಿ ಆರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ‘ಅಗ್ನಿವೇಶ ವೈದ್ಯರತ್ನ’ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಕೆ ಎಸ್ ಜಯಶ್ರೀ ನಟರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಸಂಪಾದಕತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಾದ ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಈ ಅಭಿನಂದನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ‌ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಹೆಗಡೆ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.ಅಭಿನಂದನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ಡಾ. ಸದಾಶಿವ್ ಗೋರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಡಾ. ಶ್ರೀಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಎಚ್ ಎಸ್ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ಡಾ. ಮೇಘನಾ ವಸಿಷ್ಠ ಅವರು ಧನ್ವಂತರಿ ಕಥೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಭರತನಾಟ್ಯ ನೃತ್ಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
