Dharmapal is a renowned Gandhian Philosopher in post-independent India. He analysed the history of India with an Indian lens and presented it before the fellow-citizens in its true form. In the current year the country witnesses the centenary celebration of Dharmapal. On this eve, the January 2022 edition of Utthana carried a special cover story titled ‘Dharmapal: Desi Drushtiya Abhyudaya Chintana’. Currently, crypto currencies have been the debating issue in the country, which was also mentioned by honourable Finance Minister during the Budget speech. So, the February 2022 edition of Utthana had its cover story titled ‘Cryptocurrency: Belavanige Mattu Chintanegalu’. The article encompassed detailed aspects related to legalising the cryptocurrency, the process behind transaction of cryptocurrency etc. The February edition also presented its readers an interesting article about repealed farm laws and the ground reality of Punjab which was the epicentre of deadlock. Veer Savarkar carved a revolutionary chapter in the history of Indian freedom struggle. He enlightened the path of Indian freedom struggle through his sharp words, unconventional dedication and sacrifice towards motherland. The March 2022 issue of Utthana has a special article on Savarkar’s life, sacrifice, discipline, outstanding personality etc. The edition also has an article which speaks about the appropriate age for the marriage of girls in the backdrop of the recently passed parliamentary bill which raises the legal age of marriage of Indian girls from 18 to 21.
