Bengaluru, Dec 14: Gita Jayanti is the day when Lord Shri Krishna recited the Bhagavadgita to Arjuna at the battlefield of Kurukshetra before the Mahabharata war began. It is celebrated on the Shukla Ekadashi, the 11th day of the Margashirsha month of the Hindu calendar. The text is written in the third person, narrated by Sanjaya to king Dhritarashtra as it transpired between Krishna and Arjuna.
Gita Jayanti was observed herein JGRV, Kalyan Nagar with great joy, fervor and devotion. The stage program began with Deepaprajwalana and pushparchane by the dignitaries.
After Mathruvandana and Panchanga Patana, Kum. Manya of class IX welcomed and introduced the chief guest Sri Sanjeev Kaushik ji who is the Founder of Vignyan Consultancy services Private Limited and Sri Chethan ji, who is working as the head of equipment engineering.
Sri A R Dwaraknath ji, JGRV Parivaar Pramukh and Vice President of Rashtrotthana Parishat, Smt. Asha Ashok Mataji, CSR Manager of Rashtrotthana Parishat and Secretary of JGRV, Governing Council Member and Technical Head of JGRV Sri Kupendra ji and Pradhanacharya, Smt. Gayatri Kulkarni were part of the ceremony.

Chief Guest Sri. Sanjeev Kaushik ji addressed the gathering and appreciated the hard work of students and teachers in performing such a wonderful program. He explained how Bhagavadgita provides a summary of Hindu religious thought and practice, much of which is based on the Upanishads. He said that Gita points the way to developing belief, forgiving a personal relationship between deity and worshipper. The speech was a mind reckoner for all. He told in simple language, about the principles to be followed in life which instilled a sense of calmness and confidence in the students and teachers. He also explained how the teachings from The Bhagwadgita are still applicable and can be correlated in our day to day life.
Ramya of class IX delivered Vandanarpanam. The program concluded with Shantimantra and Prasadam was distributed to one and all.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 14: ಮಹಾಭಾರತ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕುರುಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ರಣರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅರ್ಜುನನಿಗೆ ಗೀತೋಪದೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪುಣ್ಯ ದಿನವೇ ಗೀತಾ ಜಯಂತಿ. ಹಿಂದೂ ಪಂಚಾಂಗದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾರ್ಗಶಿರ ಮಾಸದ ಹನ್ನೊಂದನೇ ದಿನ, ಅಂದರೆ ಶುಕ್ಲ ಏಕಾದಶಿಯಂದು ಗೀತಾ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಂಜಯನು ಧೃತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರನಿಗೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾರ್ಜುನರ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವಾಗ ಈ ಅಂಶವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
ಗೀತಾ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣನಗರದ ಜಿ.ಜೆ.ಆರ್.ವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ, ಸಂಭ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವೇದಿಕೆ ಮೇಲೆ ನೆರೆದಿದ್ದ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
9ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕು. ಮಾನ್ಯ ಅವರಿಂದ ಮಾತೃವಂದನಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಂಚಾಂಗ ಪಠಣದ ಬಳಿಕ, ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ್ ಕಂಸಲ್ಟೆನ್ಸಿ ಪ್ರೈ.ಲಿ. ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಜೀ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಕ್ವಿಪ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ನ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಚೇತನ್ ಜೀಯವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳ ಪರಿಚಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

ಗೀತಾ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವಿವರ:
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯನ್ನು 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕು. ಶಿವರಂಜನಿ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯ 12ನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದ ಅರ್ಥ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರಾಂಶವನ್ನು 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕು. ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
9ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಿಂದೀ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿ ಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿದರು.
4, 5, 7 ಹಾಗೂ 9ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯ ಧ್ಯಾನ ಶ್ಲೋಕದ ಪಾರಾಯಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ 11ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕು. ರಶ್ಮಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಮೇಧಾ ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಬಿಂದು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯ 12ನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾವನ್ನು 8, 9 ಹಾಗೂ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಾರಾಯಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಚಿ. ಆದಿತ್ಯ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳ ಮಾತು:
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂಜೀವ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಜೀ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು.
ಭಾರತೀಯ ಚಿಂತನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸನಾತನ ಧರ್ಮದ ಸಾರಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಗವದ್ದೀತೆಯ ಅನೇಕ ಅಂಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರ ಉಪನಿಷತ್ತುಗಳು ಎಂದರು.
ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆ, ಭಗವಂತ ಹಾಗೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿರುವ ಸೇತುವೆ ಎಂದರು. ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಸುಲಭ ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿರುವ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಹೇಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
9ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕು. ರಮ್ಯಾ ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಶಾಂತಿ ಮಂತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ವಿನಿಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸಂಪನ್ನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
