December 2020-Cycle to Mysore
An unique challenge to restore this lost confidence was designed by the ever enthusiastic RFC team. CYCLE TO MYSORE – A Cycling Marathon of 150kms was organized. Braving the pandemic, 40 dedicated participants including 3women, trained hard for 10 long weeks.

August 2020 -Independence Day Celebration
This time was major challenge to design an hour of fitness session where the intensity level had to be low and clients to have fun and complete the session with all the social distancing restrictions which was enjoyed every bit of session by every client and celebrated 74th INDEPENDENCE DAY with pride.

August 2019 – RFC Independence Cycle Challenge
Being patriot is a must
Expressing it has many faces.
On this great day to respect the sacrifice of many unsung heroes,& freedom fighters, RFC celebrated our 73rd Independence day by organising a cycling challenge for fitness enthusiasts.
“Bharat Mata ki Jai“,”Vandemataram“,”Jai Hind” slogans echoed throughout this cycling event with happy faces all the way through.
June 2019 – Trek to Shivagange Betta
This time was not a normal trek to the clients but it was with a cause “ to clean and tidy the place”
TCS World 10K- May 2019
This time it was a tough game for many clients to participate because of the postponed dates of the event but it never hindered their enthusiasm and all completed with their personal best.
May 2018 – SADASHIVANAGAR – FIT & FUN
A unique concept of road show for all the age groups of Sadashivanagar residents was conducted with association Sadashivanagar Residents Association. Purpose of the event was to challenge and inspire all the age group people “to make fitness as part of their lifestyle”
April 2018 – FITKID 2018
This was not a routine summer camp for the kids conducted by RFC. Along with fitness, purpose of the event was to introduce the lost desi games in this gadget world to the kids of this generation.
It included desi traditional games, outdoor fun activities, agricultural values and desi values to the children.
September 2017 – Fitman & Fitwomen
It was a individualized hardcore training programme of 60 days periodice to complete the “HARDEST CIRCUIT “of Fit men and Fit women 2017.
It was another small fitness test to our clients to test their fitness level in strength and endurance, so we chose Nandi as our destination December 2017
Initially, the run was difficult in initial inclination of the hill; all of our clients were able to overcome the big hurdle because of the periodized training sessions which gave them a big leap in their fitness levels.
June 2017 – A wonderful opportunity to be close to Nature, when RFC in association with KFA organized an extraordinary outdoor workout session on Saturday 24th on the farms of our friend in Hoskote.
50 spirited participants car-pooled and reached the destination by 6.30am. The atmosphere – Fresh; the energy – High; the workout – Intense. Every muscle pumped oxygen as we thoroughly enjoyed playing the traditional games of our childhood.
Spent energy was replenished by the delicious DESI FOOD.
A big thanks to all those who enthusiastically participated in this fun filled, unforgettable outing and taking fitness to the next level
May 2017 – We were the biggest bunch of RUNNERS from FITNESS CENTERS of Bangalore in “TCS world 10k 2017” who completed the run with some of best timings of the season.
January 2017 – SAVANDURGA HILLS – 60 Kms from Bangalore city, is one of the famous monolith hills in Asia, was chosen as our next trekking destiny which is a high intensity uphill trek of 4 Kms which requires a strong cardio vascular endurance, strength and muscular strength and endurance with a strong mind to complete the trek.
This trek was planned with concept of “CHALLENGE URSELF” for all the newly joined and existing clients of our Fitness Center who were trained for 3 months .
The preplanned training techniques and training programmed was planned by KARNATAKA FITNESS ACADEMY and executed by our clients which shown a fruitful result to them when they completed the trek without any injury, cramps and fatigues.
Now all our clients are ready to take up the NEXT LEVEL OF CHALLENGE.
September 2016 – it was a small effort from our end to take the fitness level of our members to next level.So, RFC Team planned a trek/ hill climbing to challenge their cardiovascular , muscular ,strength and endurance and neuromuscular co-ordination ,and the location was SHIVA GANGAE BETTA,
September 2016 – “BIGGEST LOOSER” challenge for all the clients had been conducted where in every participant underwent a rigorous training for 4 weeks with a personalized diet plan and workout schedule. Main purpose of the challenge was to inspire the foodies to turn into fitness enthusiasts
August 2016 – Outdoor training sessions started for all the clients to boost up their enthusiasm and fitness levels.
May 2016 – 50 + fitness enthusiasts participated and finished with their best timings in TCS World 10k Run which included many novice also.
