Bengaluru, Feb 12: Teachers are the bridge to achieve the goal of holistic development of students. So, empowering teachers with efficient knowledge and equipping them with successful methods of transferring knowledge are crucial. With this motive, Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrotthana Vidyalaya in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru organised an orientation programme for teachers at JGRV campus.
The vice-president of Rashtrotthana Parishat, Sri Dwarkanath ji said that “The development of a healthy and sustainable society begins from Vyakthi nirmana(Individual development) which is possible through Pancha-Mukhi Shikshana principle of Rashtrotthana Vidyalaya”. “We need to bring social transformation through value based nationalistic education”, he added while explaining the models of excellence.
Schools have a vital role in the safety and security of students against sexual abuse and exploitation. Hence, a session was presented on the POCSO Act. The salient features of the act, ways of identification and reporting, providing counselling at different levels and its implementation in the school etc. information was provided to teachers and other administrative members.
Smt. Ashwini mataji, Head of Academics, JGRV, gave a session about the Indian knowledge system. She said that “the New Education Policy has suggested 25 Indian knowledge system themes such as handicrafts, textiles, yoga and meditation, classical music forms, Bhartiya engineering, medicine, agriculture etc. and the institution needs to focus on how this can be implemented at the classroom level”.
Secretary of JGRV Smt. Asha Ashok ji, Governing Council Members, Sri. Sajith ji, Sri Kupendra ji and Pradhanacharya, Smt. Gayatri Kulkarni mataji were present in the event and interacted with the teachers’ community.
ಜೆ.ಜಿ.ಆರ್.ವಿ.ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಜೈಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಗರೋಡಿಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ವರ್ಧನೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೧೨, ಶನಿವಾರದಂದು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ದ್ವಾರಕನಾಥ್ ಜೀ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ, ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಸಮಾಜನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ತರಬೇಕು. ನೂತನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದುದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಮಾತಾಜಿರವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ’ಪೋಕ್ಸೋ’ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಿರುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು, ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು, ಶೋಷಣೆಗೊಳಗಾದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪಾತ್ರ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಶ್ವಿನಿ ಮಾತಾಜಿರವರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ನೂತನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು ೨೫ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜ್ಞಾನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ತತ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕರಕುಶಲತೆ, ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಧ್ಯಾನ, ಕಲೆ, ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಸಂಗೀತ, ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪದಂತಹ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸುವುದು ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಅಳವಡಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಶಾಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಮುಂದಿನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಸಜಿತ್‌ಜೀಯವರು ವೇದಾಂತ ತತ್ವಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಸಮಾಜದ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವಾದ ಕಾರಣ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಸೇವಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವಾ ವಸತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಕೂಡ ಸೇವಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಆಶಾ ಮಾತಾಜಿ, ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಕುಪೇಂದ್ರಜೀ, ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ ಮಾತಾಜಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮತಿತ್ತರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.
