Prashikshana Bharati, an initiative of Rashtrotthana Parishat aims at effective teacher training rooted in Bharatiya principles. The programmes of Prashikshana Bharati are articulated to enhance the skills and teaching ability of teachers, which leads to holistic development of teachers, thereby students and the entire society.
‘Fluency in English’ training by Prashikshana Bharati
Prashikshana Bharati organised a two-day training programme on 10th and 11th of February regarding ‘Fluency in English’ at Hiriyur, Chitradurga.
Initially, a session on ‘Indian Education System’ was presented and later Dr. Shashank Presented an activity based interactive session on ‘Importance of Spoken English’ and ‘Tips to improve fluency in English’.
A total of 57 government primary school teachers participated in the training programme and gave positive feedback. Certificates were given to all the participant teachers who were beneficiaries of the two-day training programme.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಭಾರತೀಯತೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಗುರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಭಾರತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸರ್ವಾಂಗೀಣ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ತನ್ಮೂಲಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಧನಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಮನೋಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವುದು ಪ್ರಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಭಾರತಿಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ತತ್ತ್ವಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ತರಬೇತಿ ಎಂಬ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಪ್ರಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಭಾರತಿ ಪ್ರಕಲ್ಪವು ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗದ ಹಿರಿಯೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರರ್ಗಳತೆ’ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 10 ಮತ್ತು 11ರಂದು ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನುಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ಡಾ. ಶಶಾಂಕ್ ‘ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್‌ನ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯ’ ಮತ್ತು ‘ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರರ್ಗಳತೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಸಲಹೆಗಳು’ ಕುರಿತು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ, ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಒಟ್ಟು 57 ಸರಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
