Sankalpa Diwas is a solemn event of the earnest pledge that all students of Jaigopal Garodia Rashtrothana Vidya Kendra take to abide by the virtuous knowledge that they learnt and promise to nurture it in their life.
Bengaluru, Mar 14: The Sankalpa Diwas for the academic year 2023-24 on this day. The Chief Guest for the programme was Sri Jagatpati Jha, an Alumni of IIM Kolkata, who is the Director and Project Head of JRP-CGL. Sri Dwarakanath ji, Vice President of Rashtrotthana Parishath, Sri Maheswaraiah ji, Administrator of RVK CBSE Schools, Karnataka and Sri Rajesh Deshmukh ji, Administrator of RVK Bengaluru Schools were also present in the event.
Sri Dwarakanath ji highlighted the objective of the Sankalp Diwas wherein he advised students to possess Bhartiya culture and tradition throughout their life.
The Programme was followed by an oath taking ceremony that was led by the Principal of the School, Dr. Usha Villath Mataji. The oath taking ceremony symbolizes the significance of the event as the students with the lighted deepam repeated the Sankalapa administrated by the Principal and the students were felicitated with a memento as a token of love from the school.
The grandeur guidance of the occasion was given by the Hon’ble Chief Guest, Sri Jagatpati Jha. He emphasized on being focused and determined in every aspect of the life.
To cherish the moment of the day and to mesmerize the past, a few students of standard X shared their experiences at JGRVK.
Few proud parents also shared their views that concludes that the school produces not only intellectuals but shapes the characters and lives of the students.
The twilight evening was filled with everlasting and echoing memories which ended with Shanti Mantra.
