Achievements:

• Bengaluru: Rujula S of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy won Gold in 100 mtr Freestyle Swimming at Khelo India Youth Games held in Chennai from Jan 27th to 31st. She completed 100 mtrs in 59.27 secs.
• Madhya Pradesh, Jan 5: A contingent from RVK – Arkavathy participated in 67th Taekwondo SGFI National Championship organised herein Betul from Dec 31st to Jan 5th. Out of 8 students in the contingent, Sahana M of Class 7th secured Bronze Medal in U/14 Category.
• Bengaluru: Rujula S (9th Std) of RVK-Arkavathy bagged 3 Silver Medals in 50, 100 & 200 metre Freestyle Swimming (U/17) in 67th National School Games 2023-24 organised by School Games Federation of India in Delhi from Jan 3rd to 10th.
• Bengaluru: NCC Cadet, Madhumita (9C) of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari, participated in Republic Day Parade on this Jan 26th at Kartavya Path, New Delhi and brought credit to the institution. Rashtrotthana Parivar felt proud of this achievement and congratulated her.
• Davanagere: 9th Std Students, Ganavi and Angha of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Davanagere won 3rd Prize in Parajavani Quiz held herein Kuvempu Kannada Bhavana.

Programs:

• Bengaluru, April 5: A 5-day Summer Camp for the children of drivers and Aaya Matajis was organised herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari. A total of 36 children have participated in this camp which is being conducted by Seva Prakalpa till April 11th.
• Bengaluru, Apr 4: A 5-days Personality Development Camp for Govt. School Children organised herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy. 75 children from 25 Govt. Schools have participated in the camp which started from Apr 1st. The Seva Prakalpa of the School has been organizing the camp for free for the past 7 years.
• Bengaluru, Mar 29: A Re-union Program of ROOTS (old) Students from 2014 to 2023-24 was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Banashankari.
• Dharwad, Feb 2: M. M. Joshi Institute of Ophthalmology and Karnataka Incubation Foundation organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Neeralakatti under the joint aegis. 150 children from 23 schools in 19 surrounding villages benefited from this camp. Among them 71 children were found to need spectacles, which will be provided free of charge.
• Kalaburagi, Jan 14: The children of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi participated in Chitra Kala Sante and Kumbha Skill Competition organized under the joint auspices of Vikas Academy and other organizations at Mahanagara Corporation Park. About 32 children from the school participated.
• Dharwad, Jan 13: As a part of Sankranti celebrations, Kite Festival was organised herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Neeralakatti under Student Development Program.
• Bengaluru, Jan 12: Inter Govt. School Yogasana and Bhagavadgita Competitions were conducted herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy. 35 Schools and 385 selected Students participated in the competitions organised by Seva Prakalpa of the RVK-A.
• Mysuru, Jan 12: RVK – Vijayanagar secured 4th Place in State Level School Band Competition by Krida Bharati Karnataka.
• Dharwad, Jan 6: Annual Sports for Parents was organised herein Rashtrotthana Vidyalaya – Mummigatti. And on Dec 31st One day Workshop for Women Parents was also organised.
• Bengaluru, Jan 5 & 6: Students from 8 Schools of Bharathiya Shiksha Samiti, Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh participated in a 2 days Student Exchange Programme, Art Integrated Learning was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Arkavathy. Delegation consisted of 51 students and 10 teachers.
• Hagaribommanahalli, Dec 21 & 22: Heritage Fest 2023-24 was organised herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra. 87 children of 7th & 8th Std from 9 different CBSE Schools participated in the event. Students presented their regional arts through singing, dancing and short plays and viewed the historical monuments of Hampi.
• Davanagere, Dec 17: A Mega Scholarship Exam for 10th Students was conducted by Rashtrotthana Parishat Composite Science College herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra. About 1000 Students have taken the exam.
