Rakshabandhan & Sanskrit Day in Rashtrotthana Schools

Aug 19: Rakshabandhan and Sanskrit Day were celebrated on Shravan Purnima in Rashtrotthana Schools and Hayagriva Jayanti was also celebrated in some schools.

It was special that the students, teachers, non-teaching staff, security guards and construction workers also enthusiastically participated in the Rakshabandhan program.

Children of Rashtrotthana Vidyalaya – Davanagere School celebrated Rakshabandhan in Mouneshwari Deaf and Dumb School, Govt. School – Nituvalli, Rashmi School, Thalassemia Hospital and children of Rashtrotthana Vidyalaya – Somanahalli tied Rakhi at nearby Police Station and Govt. Schools.

Of all the languages, God’s own language – Sanskrit – is the mother, divine, and most lyrical. In Sanskrit, poetry is more melodious, where good sayings hold a prime position.

ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 19: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರಾವಣ ಪೌರ್ಣಮಿಯಂದು ರಕ್ಷಾಬಂಧನ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ದಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಯಗ್ರೀಯ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ರಕ್ಷಾಬಂಧನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ಸೆಕ್ಯುರಿಟಿ ಗಾರ್ಡ್‍ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರೂ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ – ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮೌನೇಶ್ವರಿ ಕಿವುಡ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಗರ ಶಾಲೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆ – ನಿಟುವಳ್ಳಿ, ರಶ್ಮಿ ಶಾಲೆ, ತಲಸ್ಸೆಮಿಯಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ಷಾಬಂಧನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಹೃದ್ಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಸೋಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಪೋಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಖಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಆಪ್ತವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
